Send the PDF straight from AutoCAD or CorelDRAW, or a JPG. Floory reads every booth code and size, then you check its work on the plan before anyone sees it.
Floory gives your sales team and your agents abroad one live floor plan. When Mumbai holds D15 at 1:47 PM, Tokyo sees it at 5:17 PM their time, before anyone promises it twice.
We tested it: 20 people press "reserve" on D15 in the same second. One gets it. The other 19 are told who did.
Someone exports it from AutoCAD. Someone colours D15 yellow and emails it round. By Thursday there's a v7_FINAL, a v7_FINAL_updated and a WhatsApp photo of a printout. Your agent in Dubai sells the booth your agent in Mumbai held on Tuesday, and you spend the next week deciding who keeps it.
Floory replaces every version with one plan that is always current.
No redrawing your hall. No new spreadsheet. Your team keeps selling the way they do, on one plan instead of five.
Send the PDF straight from AutoCAD or CorelDRAW, or a JPG. Floory reads every booth code and size, then you check its work on the plan before anyone sees it.
Euros for Cologne, rupees for your India desk, dollars for the US agents. You type each rate and Floory never converts, so nobody quotes the wrong number.
Everyone gets their own login and only the shows you give them. Each hold carries a name and a time, so the question of who was first answers itself.
Agents compete for the same exhibitors. Floory shows everyone that a booth is taken and by whom, and keeps the client name between the agent and you.
What Yuhan sees
What your sales head sees
The rule lives in the database itself, so a report, an export or a curious agent all get the same answer. Every organiser's data is kept apart the same way.
Agents won't open another dashboard between meetings, so Floory is coming to Telegram first, then WhatsApp. "Send me the latest plan." "Reserve D15 for Brightline." Every hold lands on the same plan, with their name and the time.
In build. Pilot organisers get it first.
No more chasing an agent about a booth they parked three weeks ago. You set the length once for the show.
Only your sales head can extend a hold or mark a booth sold. Agents can move their own holds to contract signed.
Reminders on day five, to the agent and the sales head, written as a plain sentence like the one above, are in build.
These run against Floory every time we change it.
One hold is created. The other nineteen are told who has it and offered the nearest free booth of the same size.
two agents, one booth: settledEvery hold, release and refused attempt is written down with a name and a time. That log can't be edited, including by us.
"I had it first" now has a timestampUpload a new version and holds move with their booth codes. If a held booth disappears from the new plan, Floory won't publish it until you decide.
v5 goes live, D15 stays Ankit'sUnlimited users and agents on every plan. Adding the agent in Riyadh never costs extra.

No. They sign in from any browser, on a laptop or a phone, with the email you invite them on. The Telegram bot, when it ships, is optional.
Nothing goes live until you've checked it. Floory shows every booth it found on top of your own plan and flags anything it is unsure of in amber. You fix a code or a size in a click, draw a booth it missed, and publish when it looks right. On every plan you get the first check done by us.
No. Agents see who holds a booth and when the hold runs out. Only the agent holding it, your sales heads and your admins see the client.
Upload the new version. Holds move to the booth with the same code. If a booth someone holds is missing from the new version, Floory tells you which one and waits for you to decide.
Any currency, as many as you sell in, each with its own rate per m² or ft². Plans drawn in feet or metres both work. Floory doesn't convert between currencies, so the price an agent quotes is the price you set.
Atriqa runs sales desks for international exhibition organisers. We watched a booth get sold twice because the plan was a PDF in five inboxes, so we built the plan everyone shares.
Twenty minutes on a call. Bring the PDF your team is selling from today and we'll put it on Floory while you watch.
